currently my electricity bill is sky high due to usage of air conditioner & electrical appliances(power tools)

therefore i’m trying to lower down the bills without cutting down the usage of power tools. Is it possible to use an inverter from the mains to ELCB? Can anybody provide me a circuit drawings

Power tools (unless industrial) are not a the reason your bill is high. The A/C would be, so would electric heat and an electric hot water tank, use of an oven and use of a clothes dryer.

Your rate may be higher during prime-time hours (8am-8pm, depending where you live). Limit use to off peak hours. Or switch to gas appliances.
