Is there a way I can refinish or cover up my cabinets if I rent my apartment?
I don’t own my apartment, I’m still on a lease because I rent. There’s these ugly 70s cabinets in my kitchen and I need to do something with them. I can’t remove them or paint them because they have to be there when I move out, but I can’t stand to look at them. Is there any kind of crafty DIY way to make them not look so ugly?
Try to not use contact paper you will regret it the day you have to remove it!
Sometimes just replacing the hardware can give cabinets a whole differrent look or upgraded feel.
Another option would be just to take the doors off (store and replace when ready to move) and have the cabinets open with the contents visible and be part of the kitchens decor.
