How do I lose like 10 pounds in a week?
I’m 13 years old and have a lot of time on my hands. Working out was essential to me in the past five months, then I stopped working out so i gained weight 
(Not muscle weight either)
Goal: Lose 10 Pounds
Tools: None >.>
My Characteristics:
Age – 13
Height – 5′ 4″
Weight – 133.5
Worked out before – Yes
If so, how long? – Like 5 months?
Suggestions for a schedule to help me drop some weight in a week? I got no job and barely any school work so I’m up for all suggestions… I wanna lose weight before school starts so no one makes fun of me anymore
You’re not obese so losing 10 pounds in a week is not recommended. 2 pounds per week is the max for healthy weightloss, even for an adult. So I’m not saying this because you are 13.
Eat right. 4-5 healthy meals a day. Exercise 3-4 times a week for 40-60mins.
You should lose 2 pounds per week. It will take 5 weeks to lose 10.
