Who fixes Pnuematic tools?
I have a framing nailer I use around the house. I use it partly because I’m too lazy to swing a hammer but of course its also because I’m a guy and I like the idea of sending nails through solid wood at 200 mph like it was butter.
Now my nailer is jammed pretty good and I can’t get it unjammed. I’ve never seen any type of business that says they work on air tools. What type of person does this (what are they called)? Would I need to call an auto repair facility and ask for a reference for who they use???
Learn how to work on your equipment. Look up the model number online and learn the parts. Usually, a jam is pretty simple to fix. Wear on certain parts may require replacing, but the parts can be simple to order and it is common for parts to form a wear pattern after several uses. The nail gun requires a simple disassembling and the jam is usually easy to remove. Worn parts will however, result in more jams.
